IPP Consulting (IPP) announced the appointment of Kylie Martin as chief operating officer Monday 1 July 2019.
Martin has been a vital member of IPP’s management team since she joined the firm in September 2017 as technology program director.
Per IPP managing director, Craig Brew, Martin has distinctive client administration and team management abilities gained over a few years of experience.
“We’re extremely fortunate to have her as a member of our workforce and are pleased she has decided to take on this new role,” Brew stated. “Kylie is a highly respected trade chief with spectacular business intelligence and is recognized for her collaborative management model. This appointment can also be consistent with IPP’s target on supporting and fostering outstanding young talent.”
Outgoing CEO Mario Parisi mentioned that following three years of outstanding growth, it was always IPP’s intend to find a person who could handle the everyday operations of its business.
“I’m delighted to be handing over the controls to such an outstanding chief,” Parisi stated. “I look forward to working with Kylie to improve on our success and development.”
Following his successful period as CEO, Parisi will be moving back into his earlier role as one of IPP’s administrators, focused on future technique and progress.
