Zytronic Tech Offers Interface for Japanese Bus Commuters

Zytronic, a number one producer of big format, sturdy and customized Projected Capacitive Technology (MPCT™ and PCT™) contact sensors, has declared that digital signage kiosk designer and producer HYOJITO, has chosen Zyfilm and ZXY100 touch controllers for its 75” multilingual journey information kiosks installed on behalf of Nara Kotsu bus Strains Co. in Japan.

The big format digital signage kiosks have been installed onto the concourses of JR Nara Station and Kintetsu Nara station, to supply locals and guests to the area easy access to vital journey information in several languages, together with bus timetables and regions. The JR Nara station has been outfitted with a kiosk consisting of two big vertical format touchscreens, and Kintetsu Nara station a stall with a horizontal touchscreen. The Nara Kotsu Bus Line has been offering scheduled local services together with sightseeing excursions, charters, and airport and intercity transport in the area since 1929, and currently serves over 50 million passengers every 12 months.
