OPPO Reno 3 5G Smartphone May Have Punch-hole Display

OPPO is anticipated to roll out the OPPO Reno 3 smartphone in December. On November 20, OPPO had revealed the all-new ColorOS 7. The Chines company confirmed at the event the OPPO Reno 3 would be the first OPPO phone to come with ColorOS 7 preloaded. Since OPPO and Qualcomm are mentioned to partner to launch a dual-mode 5G phone next month, it’s speculated that the Reno three will likely be announced in the coming month. A screenshot of the purported OPPO Reno 3 5G cellphone has appeared. It means that the phone is supplied with a punch-hole display.

There is an unused part on the upper-left nook of the interface of the OPPO Reno 3. This suggests that there might be a punch-hole on the said nook of the smartphone’s display. The screenshot further recommends that both the SIM slots of the Reno 3 will carry support for 5G SIMs. OPPO hasn’t rolled out a phone with a punch-hole display yet. Reno 3 could be the first OPPO phone to come with the new display design. It’s speculated that the smartphone could be featuring a Samsung AMOLED display. The forerunner Reno 2 came with an in-display fingerprint reader. Hopefully, the successor model will also be geared up with it.

Rumors say that the OPPO Reno 3 5G might be sporting a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that carries support full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 20:9 aspect ratio. Its screen is predicted to deliver a 90Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 735 5G chipset that’s yet to go official could be present under its hood, including 8 GB of RAM. The gadget may hit the Chinese markets in 128 GB and 256 GB UFS 2.1 storage choices.
